I recently had the pleasure of working with Hodge Building LLC for a basement renovation that included the addition of a full bathroom, a bedroom, and a common area. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, I can confidently say that Hodge Building LLC exceeded all of my expectations.

First and foremost, their professionalism and dedication to the project were evident from day one. They took the time to understand my vision for the space and provided valuable insights that ultimately enhanced the design. Their attention to detail in the planning phase was a precursor to the outstanding craftsmanship that followed.

The execution of the project was nothing short of outstanding. The Hodge Building LLC team worked diligently to bring my vision to life, and the results were breathtaking. The addition of a full bathroom was a significant part of this renovation, and it was executed flawlessly. The attention to plumbing and tiling details was remarkable, and the final result was a bathroom that combined functionality with elegance.

What sets Hodge Building LLC apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. They were always willing to listen to my ideas and concerns, making sure that the final result was exactly what I had envisioned. Their commitment to delivering a finished product that met and exceeded my expectations was truly remarkable.

In conclusion, Hodge Building LLC's services are second to none. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the project. I am thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Hodge Building LLC for any home renovation or construction project. They've turned my basement into a space that my family and I absolutely love. Thank you, Hodge Building LLC!

We started the process of building our retirement home with another builder but after the initial meeting, we decided he was not the builder for us. We then found Brandon Hodge, Owner and GC of Hodge Construction and felt comfortable and confident that he was a great match for our building needs. We don’t live local but he was able to ease our concerns and kept us up to date on the project start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. He dealt with town and county permits so we didn’t have to. He built us an amazing retirement home that is not only beautiful but extremely well done. In all regards, he was a great general contractor and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

+1
HBC turned our back deck into a three season room over the summer. We are so extremely happy with the final result and with Brandon and his team. Brandon is very responsive and helps turn your vision into reality. We are thrilled with the quality of service each person contributed to our project and the level of professionalism we encountered every day. Would highly recommend HBC and we will use this company’s services again in the future. Thank you so much Brandon and team!

HBC was nothing short of AWESOME! Brandon and crew were extremely responsive, professional, and flexible. We went through 2 different contractors who just left us hanging out to dry. Brandon and his crew were nothing like the others.
HBC's communications are also second to none. Rarely do you feel like the contractor actually cares; so glad we went with HBC.
Highly recommend!

Brandon is a good guy and a really good contractor to work with. He listened to my vision, which I'm still not sure how he got it so spot on as I kept re-working things! He was very competitive with pricing and helped me stay focused on the final vision. He added on a new four season room with cathedral ceilings and beautiful wood beams. He even had a cleaning crew come in to make sure my whole house was spotless when he finished. I am thrilled with my amazing new space and cant wait to have him put in the full wall accordion door which will lead to an equally beautiful new patio. I am so happy with the finished product! Thank you Brandon!

We used them to convert our screened-in porch to a multi-season room. They have been really transparent and responsive, which is a refreshing quality to see in a construction company. We hear from them at least every couple of days, and hear back within 24 hours if I have any question. They also have provided helpful design recommendations to our space. The quality of the work has been great, and his workers are efficient and professional. A special call out to Brandon for being our champion in working with Wake County permitting office, since the county was being really unreasonable and slow to process our permit.

Brandon and his workers did a wonderful job installing a new deck with a roof overhead with ceiling fans. Deck and railings are Timbertech composite and maintenance free, except for pressure washing when needed. Also had roof done on boat house as well as textured vinyl decking put on dock in place of pressure treated lumber. All work completed in a professional and timely manner. Would definitely use Hodge Building Company again.

I highly recommend Brandon for any of your home improvement projects. We had been wanting to add a workshop for several years and finally with Brandon's expertise we were able to make this happen. He kept us updated at each step along the way and made the whole process not only easy but enjoyable. It was nice to hand over the reins to someone so professional and trustworthy. Now my husband has the work space he has been dreaming of. I'll be sure to contact Brandon for any future projects.

We had a house fire. My home was gutted. and we hired a contractor, one year later we had no floors, walls, paint, plumbing, or appliances. We fired this contractor and hired Brandon Hodge. He gave us a price and time frame. He did everything he said he would on time for the amount he gave us and so much more that we didn't even expect. Once Brandon took over my house project it was fully completed in three months.
He is so kind, professional and all his work is very high end.
I don't just reccommend him, I highly recommend him.

Sincerly,
A very satisfied and grateful customer.
